Rectification of MEP and other works such as:
- 01Deconstruction of all interior and exterior lighting.
- 02Fixing of existing doors.
- 03Rectification of exterior façade, including painting.
- 04Preparation of concrete for door sub-frame.
- 05Relocation of plumbing points along with pipes.
- 06Checking of all smoke detectors, exhaust fans and DP Boxes.
- 07Installation of all electrical sockets, switches and light fittings.
- 08Removal of existing flooring and preparation for the installation of new wooden floor.
- 09Testing and commissioning of CCTV cameras.
- 10Installation of garage doors.
- 11 Supply and installation of an irrigation pump and complete checking of the irrigation system.
